Cancel your subscription

You cancel directly in the app, no form and no phone call.

1. Log in to Chicks App.
2. Open “Subscription” and choose “Manage subscription”.
3. Cancel there with one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Older subscription via PayPal

Did you subscribe through PayPal in the previous app? You have two options:

1. Email us at info@chicksapp.de using your account email address. We will arrange the cancellation.
2. Or end the automatic payment yourself in your PayPal account under “Automatic payments”. This also ends your subscription.

Your data is kept after cancelling. You can subscribe again any time later. On request we delete your account.
